Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on location:
Domestic (within our primary shipping country): 3–7 business days.
International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details will be mentioned on our website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees or any return costs incurred.
