Refund and Returns Policy

At Young & Rich, we take pride in providing high-quality bracelets that are carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Customized, engraved, or personalized bracelets.

Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

Gift cards and promotional items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at youngrich.crafted@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at youngrich.crafted@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

7. International Orders
For customers outside our primary shipping country, return shipping costs and timeframes may vary depending on location. Import duties or customs fees are non-refundable.
